The Sleep Solutions Program is a 6-week program with weekly virtual group sessions guided by an occupational therapist. Each week, pre-recorded modules are fully accessible to review at your own pace. Virtual group sessions meet to explore in more depth actionable steps to achieving a good night's sleep. If you struggle to turn off your brain at the end of the day or feel sluggish throughout the day this program will help you gain the skills and tools you need to make sleep happen!
