I am so excited to launch the Sleep More SNOOZE Less Challenge and know you will find the support and simple solutions you need to start your journey toward better rest. As an occupational therapist, I am trained in assessing the relationship between the person (you) and the environment (all around you) and how it affects your day to day occupations (no, not your job but the other roles you hold). Sleep is one of the most undervalued occupations, yet it impacts our health and well being in an exceptional way! This challenge is just the beginning of what will grow to become a wonderful place to connect, learn and grow. Think of it as an adult slumber party! (You will ACTUALLY get some SLEEP!)
Do you feel sluggish by midday? Find yourself snacking more, taking naps or drinking caffeinated beverages to keep you going?
We will help identify lifestyle habits that may need adjusting and simple alternatives to minimize stress.
It can feel overwhelming trying to figure out the latest trends to improve your day. It’s important to find a routine that is unique to you and your family's lifestyle. That’s why a challenge hosted by an occupational therapist can be helpful!
Find a position that improves your comfort
Over time the mattress wears out, the pillows flatten and you realize the dog takes up more of the bed than you do! Stop waking up with aches, pains and a stiff neck! We will explore some simple cost-effective ways to improve your comfort and protect your spine!
Mark your calendar and set a timer so you don’t miss the opportunity to interact LIVE each day!
Can’t make it? No problem, you can watch the replay.
This 5 day challenge will help you identify those little, everyday things you do and don’t realize are having a MAJOR impact on other aspects of your life, like losing sleep!
If you continue to suffer the same symptoms and feel defeated, it is time to make a change. Learning ways to make adjustments is possible. We will cover the basics on how to ADAPT!
